In the app, use Report on a chat or profile, or I left for safety during a job. Reports go to our safety inbox and the other person isn’t told who reported.

Open the chat, tap Block. You won’t see each other’s messages and they can’t message you. A teen’s linked parent can see that a block happened.

Before posting their first job, hirers verify their ID once with Stripe: a photo of a driver’s license or passport and a quick selfie. It takes about 2 minutes. Teens and parents don’t need to do this.

Stripe handles the check. FirstStub never sees or stores your ID or selfie, only whether the check passed. Verified hirers get an ID verified badge.

Sign in with your email and password, or with Google. Forgot your password? On the Sign in screen tap Forgot password? and we’ll email you a reset link.

Profile › Export my data downloads a copy of your information. Profile › Email preferences controls optional emails.
